In the growing world , India as a nation is also growing day by day. This is good sign. We are accepting new technology and are becoming more and more advanced. With the concept of new India we are achieve new success in our lives. We are getting new opportunities. Daily we are listening that new startups are getting opened. But startups are getting closed with very much faster rate. We are all mostly from middle class conservative society where we always fail to start any business. It is our society which guide us not to start business as doing any business is not our job. Then started doing job of searching job. We did engineering , we did MBA . Then start applying for government jobs. But we must remember that not every body can clear such exams. God has not created every body same. So we all are different in our society . Some are good in science some are good in arts , dance , music etc .................
So we cannot say all we can enjoy the privileges which others are enjoying. Now problem start from here all we need to settle now . We are not continuing with our family business and started searching better jobs. When start searching jobs we need much better qualifications for which we need to do at least MBA from some very good organization. All we know doing job will cross your age of 27 to 28 years. After MBA your need to settle down. Then you start switching one job to another job. While switching we can grow much better than staying at the same job. Actually staying in the same job always shows bad impression of employees as most of the companies also to keep on Changing employees in searching of new talent and in the name of new God called COST CUTTING. we should not follow cost cutting but we should always learn to search new methods of earnings . Always we hire a new employee in place of old one new employee how also don't know anything try to grasp new things because he also left his old organization before learning his project just for the sake of growth. Now he also don't know things. He will start learning new things at new place and act like fresher. Company cannot grow if they don't have old peoples . Preserving old people in organization means they know much more than what is documented and will be having experience better than new one.

Actual problem created by jobs in married life. As we all started working we always listen to the phrase ' do you still have personal life'. When boss ask you are you still happy. These things are not jokes , actually they are the part of rat race.
Late marriage and problems
Now a days when we getting jobs we are not getting settled quickly , it takes 5 -6 years for financial and stable job. As compared to old days people don't wait for job and security for marriage . They just joined their family business and starts earning money. And on the other hand girl and her families are also not so demanding as we have seen now a days.
These things makes them to maintain good relationship between husband and wife . But now when we are getting married only after 30 - 35 years , we are not having much interest towards partner but having interest in maintaining good luxurious life.

As we are not getting job in our home town we need to shift from our local town to some other locations but our entire family cannot shift with us so we need to shift to other locations and resulting in formation of nuclear families.
There may be some other reason for the creation of nuclear families. This may be due to bad relation ship between families.
As already mentioned in my last post we are in state of vicious circle.

In current state we are not able to match family expenses due to our changing life stile . We are not cooking food in our house but prefer to get food from our side. We are not having time even food to be cooked so we further prefer to have junk food or fast food so that we can carry on the way. Due to this we are need to pay more our food and increase our expenses.
